Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of our receipt of your order – you will receive your order confirmation email as soon as your payment has been process. You will then receive another notification when your order is shipped.
There may occasionally be delays but if there are, we will email to let you know.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number (if tracked) that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Rates
We offer international shipping from our hub in Hong Kong so are able to ship to most international destinations. If you find that your home country isn’t listed, please contact us and we will be happy to check further.
Shipping charges for your order are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.
If you buy multiple products or place multiple orders for one destination it might be possible to arrange for discounted rates; do contact us if this is the case – we will happy to check if it’s possible.
Please bear in mind that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your home country. Pochisilk can’t be responsible for these charges if applied.
Shipping Time
It’s difficult for us to estimate shipping time as it is very much destination-dependent – but most orders should be delivered in 5-7 business days.

Myanmar Delivery, Pick-up & Payment
If you are based in Yangon, you are more than welcome to visit our studio (in Bahan Township) and buy directly; we can also provide local delivery and payment options – email us for more information - silksmiths@pochisilk.com.
